The transport processes vary based on the subject of your inquiries communicated under the Home and Office Logistics Form and Omsan Lojistik A.S., Omsan Denizcilik A.S., and/ or Omsan Havacilik A.S acting in the capacity of data controller process your personal data depending on the nature and scope of your request. Among the information you shared with Omsan by completing the Home and Office Logistics Form provided at https://www.omsan.com/en/home-and-office-logistics-service-request-form/, identification details such as name- surname, communication details such as telephone number, electronic mail address, company details, and information regarding the scope of the required service are processed automatically based on the legal ground "data processing being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not compromised” as described under Article 5 of the Law.

Application Methods Regarding Your Rights
You may send your applications and inquiries about your personal data by using Data Subject Application Form(Omsan Logistics / Omsan Maritime);
Pursuant to the Communique on Procedures and Principles of Application to Data Controller, it is compulsory for the application of the Data Subject to contain name, surname, signature if the application is in writing, Turkish ID number, (if the applicant is a foreigner, passport number), residential or workplace address for notification, e-mail address for notification, if any, telephone number and fax number and information on the subject matter of the application.
The Data Subject should clearly specify the subject of the application containing explanations on the relevant right that shall be exercised as described above. Information and documents related with the application should be included in the application.
The subject matter of the application should be related to the applicant and in case of acting for and on behalf of others, the applicant should be specifically authorized and this authorization should be documented (power of attorney). In addition, the application should contain identification and address details of the applicant, and documents proving the identity should be enclosed in the application.
Any application made for and on behalf of others by the unauthorized third person shall not b taken into consideration.
Responding Your Applications
Your application to exercise rights regarding the personal data is processed and responded latest within 30 days upon receipt by us. In case your application is responded negatively, the reasoned basis of rejection is sent to the address, electronic mail, or mail address specified in the application by the method you used for the application to the extent possible.
